It was extensively renovated and lovingly redecorated in February 2026.<br><br>The living room is “small but mighty.” It features a wood-burning stove, a TV, Alexa, and plenty of information on excursions and more. Our previous guests found it quite cosy and comfortable.<br><br>The kitchen was renovated in February 2026, and you’re sure to enjoy spending time there. It has all the amenities you could wish for! It’s equipped with a toaster, a coffee maker, an oven, a refrigerator with freezer compartments, and, of course, a dishwasher—because who wants to do the dishes on holiday? From the kitchen, you can step out into the front yard through a typical North German “Klöntüre.”<br><br>The cosy bedroom is located on the upper floor of the house. It’s small but nice :-). The bed measures 1.60 m x 2.00 m and is situated under a sloped ceiling. It has two separate mattresses. Blackout and sun cream roller blinds are provided.<br><br>There is another bed in the upper hallway of the house, and this sleeping area could be described as a walk-through room leading to the bedroom. The bed can be extended to 1.80 m x 2.00 m.<br><br>The bathroom is a bright and welcoming room with natural light. It measures approximately 6 m² and is equipped with a corner tub (which can also be used for showering), a toilet, and a sink. There is also ample storage space for your bathroom essentials. <br><br>Please do not smoke inside the house. However, you won’t have to stand out in the rain—you’re welcome to use our garden pavilion instead.<br><br>You’ll find peace and relaxation in our garden. <br><br>You’ll find photos and suggestions for excursions on our website at:<br>info(at)emmis-ferienhaus.de, and brochures for excursions and bike tours are also available for you in the house.<br><br>If your pet knows it’s not allowed on our sofa and doesn’t want to sleep in our bed, it’s welcome to travel with you. <br>Please discuss this with us before your arrival.
