The cosy living room features a TV with satellite connection and a radio with a CD player. The kitchen opens onto the dining/living area and is equipped with all necessary utensils; the following appliances are included: Electric stove with ceramic cooktop and range hood, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, egg cooker, electric kettle, toaster, microwave, hand mixer. The dining area consists of a large table with 6 chairs. The bathroom on the ground floor has a shower, sink, and toilet. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Each bedroom has a radio alarm clock on one of the nightstands. A toilet with a sink is also located in the attic. The bathroom is equipped with a makeup mirror and a hair dryer. The patio is furnished with a table and two benches. A wooden shed in front of the house provides storage for bicycles. A handcart for carrying luggage from the car to the house is also available in the shed. Guests must bring their own towels and bed linens. Free Wi-Fi is provided. A clothesline, ironing board, and iron are provided. The house is located directly on the dike at Tunnelstraße 27b. The car park and the path to the house are accessible from Bürgermeister-Balssen-Straße. Directly across from Bürgermeister-Balssen-Straße is a staircase leading up to the dike, from which you have a direct view of the fishing harbour; if you cross the road leading from Tunnelstraße into the harbour, you’ll find yourself right in the harbour. This is also where the ferries to Norderney and Juist depart. The property is also within easy walking distance (about 10 minutes) of the Norddeich or Norddeich Mole train stations. Since the entrance is located on the second row of houses, the property is very quiet.
