The location of the house is strategic for walking to the main points of interest on Otranto such as the seafront at 250 mt with two private establishments and a stretch of free beach, the cathedral and castle at 400 mt, a supermarket at 20 mt. Two more private establishments are 700 mt away, and 3 km away are the beaches of the Alimini lakes with private establishments and stretches of free beach stretching for kilometers. With the Otranto card is included the guide in the town and the nature walk to the bauxite lake. It is a simple country house with a cozy terrace covered by a tent with a table and armchairs. The house consists of two double rooms and one single with a bathroom with shower, the other bathroom with bathtub is sandwiched between the two rooms as well as a living-dining room with iron sofa and table and a well-equipped masonry kitchen. Furnished with Moroccan handcrafted furniture and antique furniture belonging to my family. It is on the second floor with a separate entrance. The house is located in an estate with other vacation homes, it is surrounded by greenery within a private park with olive trees, laurels, Bougainville, jasmine, aromatic plants with gazebos usable by guests, designed as moments to be enjoyed in tranquility, a large patio opens like a window to the surrounding landscape. An oasis of peace and tranquility just a few hundred meters from the center. Its location and large park make the complex unique. Ideal for family with children, who can play in the common areas or groups of friends looking for amenities . A few hundred meters away you will find bars, restaurants and stores. The nearest airport is in Brindisi the train station in Lecce, from where you can choose to take the train to Otranto or the bus.
