70sqm apartment with a large terrace, swimming areas and plenty of nature to relax

Our apartment is located about 23 kilometers south of Darmstadt in the beautiful place called Brandau. It invites you to relax from the stress of everyday life, nature around them as far as the eye can see. There are several hiking trails and attractions. Even for the sports enthusiasts there are plenty of ways that sports complex is about 5 minutes walk.
The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room with satellite TV and bathroom. About living room and kitchen there is access to large terrace with an adjacent lawn, perfect for grilling. The bedrooms are very tastefully furnished, the larger room is furnished with a double bed and a large wardrobe. The somewhat smaller of the two rooms impresses with its country house style.

The apartment was excellent. Everything was very clean, with all the amenities that we needed. We were able to park the car on the driveway, which was great. The apartment is a short walk from the local bakery, in a quiet area of Modautal. There is a beautiful view of the garden, which guests are able to use, which was appreciated. The owner is very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this property!!

Relaxing 4 nights in Modautal

The apartment was spotless and cozy. Nothing was missing. Especially the yard invites for a morning coffee or dinner times. I’m a little picky with bed-ware and appreciated the pillow collection a lot. Our hosts were very kind and helpful finding a place to watch soccer in pay tv. Nature is simply beautiful. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, super ausgestattet und gemütlich. Die Betten herrlich bequem und alles sehr sauber.Es gibt eine hübsche Terrasse mit Blick in einen Traumgarten. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt, um den Odenwald zu erkunden. Das Felsenmeer ist nicht weit weg und zum Wandern muss man nur vor die Tür gehen.Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Sehr schöner Kurzaufenthalt

Wir waren anläßlich eines Musikfestivals in Lorsch für ein WE in Modautal. Sehr schöne Wohnung mit Terrasse und Garten, alles supersauber, sehr nette Gastgeber. Kein Anlaß zu irgendeiner Klage. Gute Gegend zum streßfreien Wandern. Wir können diese Wohnung nur empfehlen.
