The apartment: The spacious living room in Austrian style is equipped with TV (satellite connection, DVD player) and. Radio / CD player, internet. In the kitchen there is a dishwasher, induction cooker, combination microwave, coffee machine, toaster. The large bedroom has a 2 persons bed with 2 separate mattresses that you can put. In the living room Sofa bed for 2 pers. The bathroom with toilet, shower, sink, shower / hairdryer. On the sunny side of the apartment there is a six meter long balcony with 6 chairs.

The guest room is in the basement
(separate from the apartment and is located in the basement and is not suitable for children younger than 13 to sleep alone).

The guest room can be reached through the central staircase. In the guest room there is a living / bedroom with a 2 person bed with 2 single mattresses and 1 bunk bed. TV, DVD / radio / cd player present. In the kitchen / bathroom there is a toilet, shower, sink and. a kitchen with a washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster.

Also 1 are men and women. 3 women's bicycles and 2 sleds present.

You will receive a Kaiserwinkl Card. With this card you can take the bus to Reit im Winkl and Kössen and Schwendt and Sebi Fahren for free. And free parking in 10 parking spaces in the region. Free use of cross-country trails. And they have many other advantages.
