Conveniently located on a cul-de-sac off the B 203 and furnished in a maritime style, this end-of-row house was extensively renovated in 2022/23 and features new bathrooms and new, comfortable box-spring beds. Thanks to its central location, this accommodation is an ideal starting point for excursions to the North Sea and the Baltic Sea, as well as throughout the entire country.

The house, which accommodates up to 5 people, features a mix of new and lovingly restored furniture. It has 1 large bedroom with 2 box-spring beds placed side by side, each measuring 90 x 200 cm, 1 small bedroom with 2 box-spring beds, each measuring 80 x 200 cm (each approx. 60 cm high), and an attic studio with a futon-style bed measuring 130 x 200 cm (approx. 50 cm high).
The holiday rental is well-suited as a central base for excursions to the North Sea and Baltic Sea and throughout the region. Many attractions in town (NordArt, nature adventure pool, etc.) or in Rendsburg (canal, suspension ferry, etc.) are easily accessible on foot, by bike, or by bus (stop across the street), and there are also excellent shopping options nearby.
In addition to a new guest bathroom in the entryway, the ground floor features a new bathroom with a shower and underfloor heating, as well as a cosy little living room with a smart TV, fiber-optic Wi-Fi, a radio, a CD player, and a portable Bluetooth speaker.
The old wooden kitchen on the ground floor, which has been given a fresh coat of paint, features a small extendable table as well as a convection oven, four ceramic cooktops, exhaust fan, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, mini-freezer, toaster, coffee maker, juicer, blender, and electric kettle. For shared meals and game nights, a cosy seating area with storage space for a nice selection of board games has been built into the small entryway next to the kitchen.
Most of the windows are equipped with roller shutters and insect screens. Soft towels, tea towels, and comfortable bedding are included.
As shown in the photos, the house is not wheelchair-accessible, and the stone stairs to the first and second floors are not child-proofed.
Parking is available directly in front of the house or, by arrangement, in the small carport on the property.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the holiday rental.
For longer stays, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning is available by arrangement and for an additional fee. An invoice with sales tax can be issued.
