The apartment is accessed through an entrance on Luciusstraße. There, guests have two bedrooms with double beds at their disposal. There is a separate kitchen with a dining area, as well as a bathroom with a shower and toilet. A nice touch is the east-facing terrace. Guests can use a washing machine and dryer in the building. These are available to guests for a fee, which can be particularly convenient for longer stays. In addition to the laundry service, the building also offers the option to rent bicycles.
