Finger weg. Stark verschmutzte Schlafstätte (Schlaf-Couch übersäht mit weißen Flecken in der Polsterung). Desolates, stark abgenutztes, Mobiliar. Schimmel. Wohnung verschmutzt. Null Wohlfühlfaktor. Unfreundliches Büropersonal (Norderneyer Zimmerservice). Haben die Wohnung schließlich nicht bezogen und mussten vor Ort und somit am Anreisetag auf eine andere, sehr schöne, aber auch relativ teure Unterkunft ausweichen. Von gezahlten 7 Tagen, wurden uns 2 Tage seitens des Norderneyer Zimmerservice erstattet. Kein schönes Gesamt-Erlebnis. Der Zustand der Wohnung Sommerwind 12, so wie wir ihn im April 2026 kennenlernen mussten ist unzumutbar. Wir sind seit mehr als 30 Jahren immer wieder Gast auf Norderney gewesen. So etwas haben wir glücklicherweise zuvor noch nie erleben müssen. Gerne hätte ich Fotos hochgeladen.
