Summary:

The Polynesian Resort Condominiums is a shared complex of 69 condos. Prior to 2026, the location operated as the Polynesian Resort Hotel, but it transitioned to being individually rented vacation condos as of April 1st, 2026. Even though all condos are in the Polynesian Rentals program, they are each a unique property with a different owner and listing.



The Space:

With an ocean view from the third floor, this studio—which we've named "Brown Eyed Gull"—will have you singing "sha la la la la la la la la la la tee da."



The condo comfortably sleeps two guests with a king bed, making it ideal for couples or solo travelers who want something simple and straightforward. The bed is just steps away from the kitchenette, equipped with a two-burner stove, mini fridge, and a coffee pot with complimentary coffee. There's also a full bathroom in this unit with a tub and shower, hair dryer, and toiletries. Relax and unwind on the balcony, soaking in the views and fresh ocean breeze from the provided chairs, or stay cozy inside watching your favorite shows and movies on TV.

As a guest of Polynesian Rentals, you'll get access to the communal pool room with heated pool and hot tub, the Game Room on the 2nd floor with a rentable pool table and real arcade games, and an outdoor recreation area with a swing set, horse shoe pits, tetherball pole, and a picnic area with BBQs. The Polynesian Resort is also within easy walking and driving distance of our favorite Ocean Shores' breakfast, Our Place, and the beach!

Interaction with Guests:

We leave you free to enjoy your stay! It is self check-in and checkout. However, the front desk is staffed by our team from 10 AM to 7 PM daily and we employe some on-site maintenance and housekeeping during the day – please don't hesitate to reach out if you need anything. For urgent concerns after 7 PM, we employ an after hours phone service. They are trained to help with common questions and can contact staff if in-person assistance is needed. We do our best to make sure you have the freedom to enjoy the space on your own, but we have support available if you need it.
