This beautifully decorated spacious house on a large and fully fenced plot is located in a quiet natural environment, only 20 minutes by car from the nearby beaches and the historic towns of Split and Omi, which offer a rich gastronomic offer as well as numerous opportunities for active holidays and a rich cultural and nightlife. Due to its advantageous secluded location, this house offers you an unforgettable panoramic view of the sea, the city of Split and the surrounding hills.
With a large pool, a barbecue and several spacious terraces, you can enjoy spectacular sunsets or play table tennis, table football, basketball or darts.
Active holidaymakers can hike along the well-maintained hiking trail to the nearby mountain hut, visit the observatory or use the mountain bike trail. Thanks to the hilly location, the climate is extremely pleasant in summer.
