We're Mike and Trish from the Columbus, Ohio area. Several years ago we took one trip to Savannah and never quite got over it. There's something about the moss-draped oaks, the salt air and the Lowcountry vibe that we fell in love with. We knew we wanted a little piece of it, and Sandy Shoals is exactly that. We chose Rice Hope because it is a lovely community with wonderful neighbors and we put a lot of care into Sandy Shoals. While we'd love to live in Savannah full time, it's not the time for us, but we visit often. We genuinely want our home to FEEL like a home (because it is) and not a rental. We're always just a text away and believe in being responsive without being intrusive. We hope Sandy Shoals becomes your family's go-to Savannah getaway!
