For leisure, you’ll find new ping-pong and table football tables, fitness equipment, infrared sauna, and play area. Electric vehicle charging station available for an extra fee. Public transport 500 m away. Events are not permitted. Arrival: Saturday or Sunday. Departure: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.
The villa is set between Finale Ligure, Pietra Ligure, and Borgio Verezzi, just minutes from the beaches of Varigotti, Noli, and Alassio. Nearby: MTB trails, hiking, climbing, water sports, paragliding, and hang gliding. Renovated in 2023 with sustainable materials and energy-saving solutions. Utilities (water, gas, electricity, waste collection, etc.) are all included. Cleaning, sanitization, gardening fees, and tourist tax payable on site.
