Eden is one of the oldest homes on Spanish Wells, lovingly restored in 2026, is nestled in a large garden of mature fruit trees and tropical flowering plants. Located on the highest hill of Spanish Wells, island breezes blow on the two covered porches and the sun/moon deck, which offers glimpses of the ocean beyond. Restaurants, bars, a convenience store, liquor stores, retail stores and our local museum are all within a few minutes walk. The picturesque white sand beach is a casual 2 minute stroll away.
Some of the special features of this home include: a fully equipped kitchen with butcher block countertops, outfitted for the chef including a kitchen garden with herbs for cooking and vegetables. There is a reverse osmosis drinking water system for your safety and convenience. The covered porch off the kitchen has a seating area and propane grill for preparing the abundant fresh local seafood. The upstairs sun/moon deck offers spectacular sunset views as well as amazing stargazing on clear nights. The front porch offers relaxing bird watching opportunities, with doves, finches and hummingbirds frequently visiting the bird bath in the garden.
