The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, bidet, and washing machine.



The combined living and dining area is modern furnished, with SAT-TV, air conditioning, sofa bed (160 x 200 cm), sideboard and dining table for 4 persons. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator (150–200 l), freezer compartment, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, cookware, dishes and cutlery.



The partially covered terrace offers sea view, dining table for 4 people and two sun loungers. Other amenities include electronic anti-mosquito system, bed linen, towels, iron and vacuum cleaner. Parking is possible directly at the property. Pets are not allowed.
