The southwest-facing balcony and large windows make the apartment bright and welcoming. The bedrooms can be darkened if needed.

The beach and the promenade are about 450 metres away and can be reached with a short walk through town.

Holiday rental on the upper floor of the building at Schlehenkoppel 12a. The living area of the holiday rental is furnished with a TV, two sofas, a coffee table, a dining table with 4 chairs, and a kitchenette.

A bathroom with a shower and toilet is available.
Bed linens and towels can be rented through the agency; the paid linen package includes:

The stairs to the upper floor have somewhat steep steps.

Two vintage bicycles (suitable for short distances) in the garden are available for guests to use. (1 women’s, 1 men’s; both with 28" wheels and 3-speed gears; 1 cable lock with key). The kettle grill in the garden may also be used; please leave both clean and in working order.

Free cancellation is possible up to 30 days before arrival.
For cancellations made between 29 and 22 days before arrival, 50 percent of the room rate plus the cancellation fee specified in the Terms and Conditions will be charged.
For cancellations made 21 days or less before arrival, 90 percent of the accommodation price plus the cancellation fee specified in the Terms and Conditions will be charged.
