Our family-friendly, year-round rental home in Weiden Süd, in the Ullersricht area, offers 110 m2 of space for 1–5 people (standard occupancy: 4 people). Ideally located at the Amberg/Regensburg transport hub near the A93, you can enjoy peace and quiet, independence, and comfortable living with a private garden, a south-facing terrace, and a parking space right next to the house. The house has three bedrooms—one with a double bed (180×200 cm), a French bed (140×200 cm), and a single bed (100×200 cm)—as well as a spacious living area with a dining area, a cosy sitting area, a TV, a stereo system, and a hot-air tiled stove. The modern built-in kitchen, equipped with a stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, electric kettle, toaster, and French coffee maker, is perfect for cooking. The bathroom features a shower, bathtub, double sink, and full-length mirror; an additional guest bathroom is available. An extra bed, toys, and various games are available for children. The garden is perfect for ball games, barbecuing, or simply relaxing on the patio with its natural spring stone feature. A washing machine in the laundry room, Wi-Fi, bed linens, and towels are included. Bicycles and motorcycles can be securely stored in the garage. Sustainability and comfort are important to us: this is a smoke-free home, and we practice waste separation and the conscious use of water and energy. Pets are allowed by arrangement. The surrounding area offers numerous shopping options, restaurants, hiking and biking trails, swimming spots, and a diverse range of cultural activities. Relevant brochures and tips for leisure activities are available in the house. Bookings are available for short holidays, weekends, or even long-term stays, e.g., through corporate arrangements via email. Long-term rentals are offered at discounted rates. Payment is due in advance via bank transfer after booking confirmation, in accordance with standard rental law provisions. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Check-out is due by 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys are provided via a key safe. You will receive the code in advance of your arrival. Pets are not allowed. A cot can be provided upon request for a fee of 20.00 EUR per stay.An extra bed can be provided free of charge upon request. Key safe with a code for flexible check-in and check-out times. A wood-burning stove is available upon request. A fire pit and a simple charcoal grill are provided. Use of the garden and patio is permitted.
