Summer House

The summer house is located on the property of our old Büdnerei and has a wonderful view of the fields and the wonderful nature. On one side, the insulated wooden house has a seat that is wonderful to sit on. The one-room house has insulated French doors on all sides, letting in light all day long. It is simply furnished with a sofa bed in the large room and an open kitchen with a counter. A bathroom completes the living. The summer house is decorated in very light colors, a wiped white on the wooden boards, the furnishing is simple and in Scandinavian style. Nothing should distract from nature and the wonderful view. The sofa is easily converted into a bed and left as is if necessary. You can eat and drink wonderfully at the wooden counter or outside. A grill is available. The bathroom with shower is small but meets normal requirements, as does the fitted kitchen with a two-burner stove, sink, refrigerator and oven or microwave. As our guests, you can park on the property and take walks on the meadow orchard. A trampoline and a self-made soccer field provide a bit of fitness if required. We are happy to speak to you during your vacation and if we are not on site, our caretaker will be happy to help you with advice and action. You can reach the beach or Kuehlungsborn in 15 minutes by bike. Other interesting cities such as Wismar, Schwerin, Warnemünde, Bad Doberan or Heiligendamm can be easily explored from here. The adjacent European cycle route takes you all the way to Copenhagen. There is parking for you on our property. As the name suggests, the summer house can be booked from the warmer months of the year, as it can only be heated with a radiator. However, since it is very well insulated with wood wool, it withstands the summer heat well and offers a pleasant indoor climate. The entire floor consists of a screed with a sisal carpet in the seating area. The windows that open to the south and east, like the fixed windows to the west, can be closed with wooden gates and thus offer darkening if necessary. If you are interested, the house can also be used as a yoga or therapy room etc. if you rent additional units in the house.
