Cosy 2 bedroom house, recently renovated within comfortable walking distance to Jardin Publique, old center and 2 tram stops. Feel like a local in a quiet, welcoming neighborhood. House comfortably accommodates 4 adults in a traditional townhouse renovated with modern style and attention to period details. Enjoy your getaway to one of France's premiere wine regions and most interesting historic cities. This home in a historic neighborhood has been lovingly restored by the owner. You enter the house on the main living floor, into an open living, dining and kitchen space. The kitchen is modern with all new appliances. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms that include a large master and a smaller guest room also with a double bed. The new bathroom space features a large shower and a washing machine guests can use. You will be very comfortable relaxing after a day of sightseeing, wine tasting or a night out in one of Bordeaux's Michelin-starred restaurants.

What makes this property unique

The property is in the historic center of Bordeaux. It is in the old Marche de Lerme neighborhood. The old market building is now a community cultural space and the house is an old market merchant home (a traditional echoppe house).
