The apartment is located on the upper floor of House No. 34 in the Lemkenhafen holiday complex (5 steps from the front door), which comprises a total of four apartments.

Look forward to a cosy living room featuring a comfortable sleeper sofa that sleeps two—perfect for friends or children. The fully equipped kitchen with a bright dining area is perfect for relaxed meals after a day at the beach. In the separate bedroom with a double bed, you’ll enjoy peaceful nights, and the modern bathroom with a shower ensures a refreshing start to the day.

A real highlight is the furnished balcony with a hint of a sea view—ideal for sunny breakfasts, relaxing reading sessions, or an evening with a Baltic Sea breeze and a glass of wine.
Bicycles you bring with you can be locked to the bike rack at the house.

The various apartment types feature a balcony or terrace—ideal for winding down the day comfortably in the fresh air with a glass of wine. The marina, with its cosy cafés and charming restaurants, instantly puts you in a holiday mood. The island is considered one of the best sailing destinations in the world, and there are plenty of surfers here too, as the wind conditions are almost always perfect!

In town, you’ll find restaurants and cafés, bike and boat rentals, a surf and kite school, and the Mill Museum. ALDI and EDEKA are located in Petersdorf, 6 km away.

Spend your holiday on Germany’s third-largest island, located between the Bay of Kiel and the Bay of Mecklenburg in the Baltic Sea. The idyllic fishing and harbour village of Lemkenhafen, with its maritime charm, is a district of the city of Fehmarn and is situated on the western southern side of the island. Fehmarn’s 20 beaches stretch for a total of more than 78 km—ideal for relaxing in one of Germany’s sunniest regions. You can reach the island from the mainland via the Fehmarnsund Bridge. The diverse coastline truly offers something for everyone: dunes and inland lakes in the north, steep and cliff-lined coastlines in the east, sandy beaches in the south, and breathtaking sunsets in the west. In the hinterland, you’ll find charming countryside and nature reserves just waiting to be explored.
