This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home sleeps up to 10 guests and features a king master suite with private bathroom, queen-over-queen bunks, full laundry, and a spacious deck overlooking fields and woods. Minutes from the Ohio River, enjoy hiking, fishing, wildlife viewing, kayaking, and complete privacy with no neighbors in sight!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Open gate at the road and push open. The lock will be open. The house sits 2000ft off the road. 4X4 will be needed if there is snow.
