The Kitzsteinhorn ski region in Kaprun is approx. 2.3 km away; the lake and ski region of Zell am See 3.5 km. A ski bus stop with free ski transport is only 250 m away from the apartment. If you want to spend relaxing evenings in the soothing thermal baths of Kaprun, the "Tauern Spa" is reachable in just about 15 minutes on foot!

Gut für vier Personen ....

Bin generell kein großer Kritiker, dennoch war das Objekt etwas "überbewertet", was dem Urlaub jedoch nicht geschadet hat. "3" Schlafzimmer ist zuviel des Guten. Das "Zimmer" mit dem Doppelstockbett ist für Erwachsene ungeeignet. Somit Abzug in der B-Note. Wer mit 4 Ew und 2 kleinen Kindern reist mag da zurecht kommen. Zu 6 Ew ist es zu eng, da es keine zusätzlichen Ablagmöglichkeiten gibt. Und wer in den Winterurlaub fährt weiß, was da so an Klamotten zusammen kommt. - Ausstattung ist ok, aber man sollte ein Küchenbrett und scharfe Messer einpacken ansonsten ist der Koch, die Köchin unglücklich beim Schnibbeln. Lage ist gut. Entweder zu Fuß runter zum Bus, etwas mühselig. Wir sind jedoch täglich gefahren, ist einfach bequemer und die Lifte sind um die Ecke. - Im Objekt selber könnte der "Objektbetreuer" gerne vor der Neuvermietung mal reinschauen und die Glühbirnen austauschen und die zahlreichen Fernbedienungen mit Batterien versorgen. Den Duschvorhang würde ich gegen eine Glaswand tauschen, wäre es meine ETW :-) - Brötchenservice einwandfrei! Parken vorm Haus, alles prima.
