Bright, modern apartment, wonderful location with stunning views

This beautiful apartment sits in a sunny position in Zellermoos with easy access to Zell am See, ski lifts, busses, trains and Tauern Spa.
It has a large open plan living/dining space and kitchen. From the front balcony you will enjoy truly panoramic views towards Kaprun and the surrounding mountains of the Hohe Tauern National Park.
At the centre of this vista is the mighty 3200 m Kitzsteinhorn with its glistening glacier.

It is only a 5 minute walk to 2 x 18 hole golf courses and off-road cycle trails from directly outside the front door.

- 1 bedroom with double bed
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds or moved together as a double with a separate extra bed)
- large living room with high ceilings and wooden beams, single sleeper couch, double doors to sunny balcony with far reaching view

- lockable storage for skis, boots, sporting equipment



Zellermoos is a quiet, picturesque village within the district of Zell am See. It is situated right by the Zell am See golf club, between Zell am See and Kaprun. It is an ideal base for those who want to be close to Zell am See, ski lifts and the lake, but enjoy living in a more peaceful and tranquil environment. There is easy access to the slopes and town by skibus, train, car or walking.

In the summer months, Zellermoos comes into its own. It is situated just on the edge of the 36-hole championship golf course, and the clubhouse can easily be reached on foot. Lake Zell is a fifteen minute walk away with its various sailing clubs, beaches and water sports on offer. There are numerous cycle trails around the lake, towards Kaprun, and up on the Schmittenhöhe mountain.

For bigger groups this apartment can conveniently be combined with Apartment Golfski, which is located right next-door.

Thin walls - baby next apartment. good luck whenever baby is up you are up. Walls very thin. Also as this is skiing resort would be nice to have a place to dry the skiing shoes. There is a place to leave the skies but to dry the shoes we did not find. Smth to think about but definitely not a bad review that I would take the stars away!

Wir fanden die Wohnung sehr gut eingerichtet. Alles war sehr sauber. Wir haben bei der Location 2 Sterne abgezogen, weil es bei geöffnetem Fenster sehr laut ist. Auf der einen Seite ist die Hauptstraße, auf der anderen Seite fährt die Regionalbahn. Für Lärmunempfindliche kein Problem. Für Nebensaison relativ teuer.

Das Apartment war sauber und gepflegt. Mit allem ausgestattet. Aber am besten war der Ausblick : direkt in die schneebedeckten Alpen Hier würde ich immer wieder herfahren, wenn es nicht so weit wäre. Komme aus dem Norden von Deutschland

Tolle Lage- Reibungsloser Ablauf

Ruhige Lage in Zellermoos. 15 Gehminuten zur Gondel auf einem schönen Fußweg. Wenige Gehminuten zum Skibus waren auch super. Reibungsloser Ablauf und netter Kontakt zur Agentur.
