Completed in March 2018, this townhouse in a newly developed holiday home community invites you to enjoy a relaxing holiday on the Darß Peninsula. The property has a living area of approximately 100 square metres and offers plenty of space for the whole family. The ground floor features a large, modern, and high-quality living-dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. On cooler evenings, you can make yourself comfortable on the cosy sofas in front of the fireplace. The living room opens directly onto the patio. A beach chair in the sand invites you to sunbathe.

Upstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms, each with a double bed. Children are warmly welcome in this property. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a cot and a changing table. A high chair is also available.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a guest bathroom with a walk-in shower, as well as another bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine. The attic features a reading nook with cosy armchairs and a table, as well as a stereo system, games, and books.

The accommodation is an excellent starting point for exploring the charming town and the surrounding area on foot or by bike. The Gut Darß adventure farm, the small Bodden harbour, as well as restaurants and shopping are all within walking distance. The Born climbing forest and the Regenbogen Camp—which features a surfing and kitesurfing school—are also nearby, offering numerous sports activities for climbers, surfers, sailors, and paddlers.

Via well-maintained bike paths in Born and the surrounding area, you can explore the Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft National Park and reach the famous Weststrand beach by bike in about 30 minutes; the Darßer Ort lighthouse is also nearby.
