About this property

Located in Melilli, the holiday home "Valle Delizia Margi" has everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
The 100 m² property located on the 1st floor (the entire villa is not rented out) and with a private entrance, consists of a living room with a sofa-bed, a fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, as well as an additional toilet, and can therefore accommodate 7 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), heating, air conditioning as well as a TV. Towels and bed linens are provided and a baby cot is also available for an additional fee.
The holiday home boasts a private outdoor area with an open terrace.
The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a fenced pool (available from June until the end of September), a whirlpool, a garden, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. Please, note that the barbecue is only allowed in the barbecue area, i.e. it cannot be moved to the pool area or other places.
There is a supermarket nearby, on the road leading to Sortino SP60. We recommend the "Pizzoleria" in Sortino and the restaurant “I 4 Canti” (also for lunch).
