This high-quality, fully furnished holiday apartment, measuring approximately 100 m², is situated in an absolutely peaceful location surrounded by nature and lies directly on the shores of two beautiful swimming lakes: Lake Zens and Lake Platkow. The apartment itself is located in a forester’s lodge, which, together with three smaller buildings, forms a secluded farmstead in the middle of a forested area. The forester’s lodge contains a total of two apartments, each with a separate entrance on different sides of the building, as well as a spacious garden. The property includes a sunbathing area with a boat dock, and a rowing boat is also available upon request. The nearest towns, reachable in 15 to 20 minutes, are Templin and Lychen in the Uckermark district of Brandenburg.

The cosily furnished bedroom with a double bed features an en-suite bathroom equipped with a large bathtub, a wide vanity, a towel warmer, and a large mirror. In the entryway, there is a separate guest bathroom with a sink and a rain shower.

The living room is furnished with a comfortable sleeper sofa, two wingback chairs, and a coffee table, all situated in front of a water-heating wood-burning stove. A flat-screen TV with satellite reception is, of course, also part of the high-quality furnishings. The sofa is a pull-out, so one or two additional people can sleep there if needed. The living room is otherwise open-concept and shares the space with an open kitchen and a seating area with a corner bench. A fully equipped open kitchen with a dining area (induction stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, milk frother, toaster, electric kettle, dishes, and silverware, etc.) leaves nothing to be desired.
