All of the apartments—which were completely renovated in 2021—are approximately 40 square metres in size and accommodate 1–4 people. Each features a bedroom, a living room with a modern kitchenette equipped with a fridge-freezer, oven, and ceramic cooktop, a shower/toilet, 2 LED TVs, Wi-Fi, and a comfortable pull-out couch that sleeps two additional people, plus a balcony perfect for relaxing. There’s also a sunny lawn for sunbathing, free parking, and covered bike racks right next to the building. - Payment is due on-site in cash. Cancellations made up to 4 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will be charged at 80% of the total price. Check-in is available from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is at 10:00 a.m. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys are handed over in person on-site. Pets are not allowed. A cot or rollaway bed can be provided upon request (free of charge). From April 1 to October 31: A tourist tax of 3.40 EUR per person (ages 16 and older) per night will be charged additionally on-site. From November 1 to March 31: The tourist tax of 2.60 EUR per person (ages 16 and up) per night will be charged on-site.
