Very nice clean 25th floor rental unit with insanely good views of the lake and downtown skyline. Note that the entire building is a vacation rental building and this is located in a party area of Austin. This property is for adults seeking close proximity to the lively bar/party scene; this is not a family friendly or relaxing vacation spot.

Great views, great place to stay. An ice storm shortened our time to walk the streets of Austin and have fun but if you do have to be stuck indoors on vacation, this is a pretty nice place to hole up!

This particular room faced west and the living and master bedroom had the large windows facing the sun. After several complaints, they checked the unit but were unable to help since the sun was pretty intense. So, sleep in the king room was very warm even with the fan. Maybe next time, when it’s 90 degrees outside, let the renters know and have an option.

Incredible condo in downtown Austin with spectacular views! Great location allowed us to get everywhere we wanted to go quickly. The two balconies with their views were particularly impressive. Would definitely stay in this condo again.

The condo was exactly as described. Views were breathtaking and the proximity to the walk path around lady bird lake was the best part of the entire stay. I highly recommend this condo especially if you have a big group. There is plenty of space.

The accommodations were great. Views were incredible. Everything was clean and nice. Felt very safe and comfortable. Modern bathrooms are good but the shower does not close. Water splashes onto the floor. Also would have preferred more transparency about parking. Being downtown it is good to know what parking options are available.

Amazing View

Nice layout with plenty of room. The beds were very comfortable. Showers were nice and had great water pressure. Both balconies were nice. Oh, but the view was AMAZING!! We will definitely stay here again.
