Super Kommunikation mit der vermittelnden Agentur URLANDO. Kleiner Garten eingezäunt, ideal für den Hund. Nette maritime Deko. Spül- und Waschmaschine gut, sonstige elektrischen Geräte auch. Geschirr, Gläser, Besteck, Pfannen und Töpfe ausreichend vorhanden, etliche sonstige Küchenhilfen dürften (kein großer finanzieller Aufwand dabei!) gerne aufgerüstet werden. Kabelführungen mit Mehrfachsteckdosen (funktionieren) und wackeliges Internet (funktioniert manchmal) sind nicht mehr auf der Höhe der Zeit.
