This 49 m² two-room holiday rental is located directly on the kilometer-long South Beach. The apartment is on the ground floor and offers a beautiful ocean view from the balcony. It can accommodate 2 people. The apartment includes a parking space.

The holiday apartment is modern and comfortably furnished and features a spacious living area with a dining area, as well as a double bed in the sleeping area. The kitchen is practical and tastefully equipped. There is also a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The apartment is rounded out by a study or quiet room.

On the balcony, you can enjoy meals together, lean back in the lounge furniture, or relax in the hanging chair. A parasol provides shade when needed.

Two bicycles can be stored (hung up) in designated spots in a locked room.
