Overall, we give this place 3 stars. Location is great, close to downtown, Bell Centre & restaurants. No parking. Street parking is non-existent so you will have to use pay lots - $23-35/day. Checking in was a breeze, codes & keys ready and directions accurate. Fairly quiet area, so not bad and walkable. Very small, tight quarters. Not a comfortable living space but ok for a short stay. One of the beds was great, the other the mattress was caved in the middle so it was very uncomfortable. The walls are paper thin and you are right by the main door so you can hear every single person entering and exiting the building (the door kind of slams shut). The tenant upstairs paced all night (this isn’t this places fault just a factor of our sleepless night) so heavy footsteps all night upstairs. There are several things that need some upkeep there and it needs a good paint job - walls are white and very marked up. Kitchen pretty much has what you need. Given a choice, we wouldn’t stay again. It just wasn’t the best stay.
