Just a 5-minute walk, and you’re at the fine-sand beach!<br><br>With 50 m² of living space, this two-room apartment is perfectly laid out and accommodates two people. You can relax wonderfully right from your holiday breakfast while enjoying the beautiful view outside. The sunny, bright living room with its floor-to-ceiling windows opens onto the apartment’s own 25 m² south-west-facing terrace, where you’ll be thoroughly pampered by the sun. A cosy seating area with a two-seater sofa, two armchairs, and a coffee table, as well as a high-back chair, a footstool, and a beach chair, ensure 100% comfort! <br><br>A comfortable sofa corner with a TV, radio, and free Wi-Fi invites you to unwind in the holiday apartment. You can also organise game afternoons together; feel free to help yourself to our cabinet full of board games. Books for adults and children are also available.<br><br>For convenient self-catering, the modern, separate kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a 4-burner stove, an oven, and a dishwasher. <br><br>You can enjoy a wonderful night’s sleep in the comfortable double bed (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm) in the holiday rental’s separate bedroom. You can relax and watch TV from the comfort of your bed, and an electric blind ensures the room is pleasantly darkened. Two spacious wardrobes provide plenty of room for your holiday wardrobe. <br><br>The well-maintained, naturally lit bathroom features a walk-in shower, a sink, and a toilet. <br><br>A high chair, toys, and a cot are standard amenities in this family-friendly holiday rental (at no extra charge). <br><br>Your four-legged friend is warmly welcome in this holiday rental (2 dogs are allowed). When the wind is right, you can already hear the sound of the North Sea waves here. The large, fenced-in, and secluded garden exudes a sense of peace and harmony the moment you step onto the property.<br><br>“Villa Düna” is the perfect starting point for walks along the beach or through the dunes, for a stroll through Wangerooge’s town centre, or for a break at one of the cosy cafés and restaurants.<br><br>Across from the house is the beautiful Teichkurpark with its adjacent dune grove. Just a 5-minute walk away, you’ll find the fine-sand swimming and Burgenstrand beach, the Kurhaus, the “Oase” indoor pool with heated seawater, and the beach promenade.
