The Space:
This spacious 1500 square foot two level apartment offers a comfortable retreat for your San Diego getaway. The ground floor features one private bedroom and bathroom, while the upper level hosts three additional bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a welcoming living room. Step outside to your yard complete with turf, outdoor seating, and a relaxing hot tub perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. The living area is cooled by a large mini split wall unit, and every bedroom includes a ceiling fan for your comfort. The home is designed for convenience with modern amenities and ample space for families or groups. Bedroom 1 features a king bed, while bedrooms 2, 3, and 4 each offer comfortable queen beds. The living room includes a sofa bed for additional guests. Three full bathrooms ensure privacy and ease for everyone. Enjoy the convenience of a full kitchen, laundry facilities, and beach essentials provided for your stay.
Guest Access:
This spacious four bedroom home is located at the back right side of the property and offers guests full private access to the entire residence and the backyard area. You will enjoy the convenience of a seamless self check in process using a unique code provided prior to your arrival. Relax and unwind in the private hot tub or enjoy a meal using the outdoor grill. For your beach days, we provide a dedicated storage trunk at the end of the driveway stocked with beach essentials. Guests are also provided with two exclusive tandem parking spots located on the left side of the front driveway.

Other Things to Note:
Important Information for Your Stay. Check in is at 4:00 PM and check out is at 11:00 AM. Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Smoking is strictly prohibited. Pets are welcome, though additional charges may apply. Regarding our amenities, the hot tub is professionally cleaned every Thursday between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM. Please rinse off sand using the outdoor spigot before entering the tub or the home. Use the provided beach gear stored in the driveway trunk and ensure all items are cleaned and returned.
Please note that construction is scheduled on the front half of the property starting February 2027, occurring Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, which may cause noise and limit on site parking.
