Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und zentral gelegen. Von Vorteil ist u. a. die 300 m entfernte Bushaltestelle. Die Linie 40 verbindet Lübeck mit Scharbeutz. Somit sind auch gut Ausflüge und Wanderungen möglich und kann das eigene Auto stehen lassen.
