We welcome you to our newly completed, non-smoking holiday apartment, “Moin,” in Langwedel. We’ve created a little oasis of comfort here so that you can feel right at home even when you’re far from home. Whether you’re on a business trip, on holiday, or visiting friends or relatives—the most important thing when travelling, besides a good bed, is feeling comfortable in a cosy atmosphere. The holiday rental is located on the ground floor of our single-family home and features approximately 78 square metres of high-quality, modern, and wheelchair-accessible living space. A furnished patio with a garden pond and barbecue facilities, as well as a covered e-bike charging station, are available for your use during your stay. A lockable bike storage room is also available. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. We offer you a large, light-filled living room with a dining area and a breakfast bar, a fully equipped kitchen with 8 m of counter space (including an induction stove, coffee maker, toaster, egg cooker, kettle, microwave, etc.), and a luxurious bathroom featuring underfloor heating, a rain shower, a heat pump dryer, and a washing machine. Our property is equipped with a water softener, so you can expect completely limescale-free water. You’ll find: A bedroom with an electric box-spring double bed, a wardrobe, and a highboard with a 43-inch smart TV; a children’s/guest room with two single beds, including a chest of drawers and a 43-inch smart TV; a drink/storage closet; and a hallway with underfloor heating and a hand sanitiser dispenser.
