A light-filled, open-concept apartment on the 1st floor (attic) with underfloor heating and draft-free air conditioning. Access is via a spiral staircase and a spacious, furnished balcony with umbrellas. Modern furnishings with plenty of storage space and a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, 48-inch TV with satellite reception, an antique desk with a swivel office chair, and two single beds (90 x 200 cm) that can also be placed separately. Modern bathroom with shower and toilet. Wi-Fi with 50 Mbit. Fly screens, smoke detectors, a fire extinguisher, and a fire blanket are provided. A refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a Lavazza Modo Mio capsule machine, a French press, an electric kettle, a combination microwave, and a portable double induction cooktop are provided. A grill can be provided upon request. The apartment is not wheelchair accessible. View of the Moritzberg and the neighbouring 500-year-old moated castle of the Nuremberg patrician family von Fürer. Public charging stations, a playground, a football field, and a bus stop (including one for the S-Bahn) are all just 50 metres away. Forests, ponds, ravines, and natural landmarks are in the immediate vicinity. Nuremberg’s Old Town, the airport, and the trade fair grounds are about 25 minutes away. The S-Bahn takes you to city centre Nuremberg in 20 minutes. The historic restaurant “Zum Rockenbrunn,” serving traditional Franconian cuisine and fresh fish, is within walking distance; after climbing the Moritzberg—a 40-minute hike for experienced hikers—you can enjoy refreshments at the restaurant there. The observation tower is sometimes open. The region is ideal for hikers and climbers, as well as mountain bikers and canoeists. A 50% deposit is due no later than 5 days after booking. The balance is due no later than 14 days before the start of the rental period. Pets are not allowed.
