Wide-plank floors, linen drapes catching the Arizona light, and a dining room anchored beneath a sculptural chandelier. Every detail is considered — high-end furnishings, clean lines, and a warmth that makes the space feel effortlessly livable.

Three bedrooms each have their own character. The primary suite opens directly to the backyard and features a full workstation — dedicated desk, great light, and the kind of quiet that makes deep work possible. All bedrooms have Smart TVs and blackout curtains for proper rest. The second and third bedrooms offer a queen and a queen bunk respectively.

The kitchen is fully stocked: granite counters, stainless appliances, proper coffee setup. Cook a full meal for eight or keep it simple — everything you need is already here.

Multiple living areas give the group room to spread out, and come evening the fire pit and hot tub pull everyone back together.
