The holiday apartment "A Ugghia- I Mori" is located in Fiumefreddo and is perfect for an unforgettable stay with your loved ones. The 100 m² property features a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy sitting area, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 5 guests. Both bathrooms are en suite. Each bedroom, as well as the living room and kitchen, is air-conditioned. The living area includes a dining kitchen and a pod coffee machine with pods easily available locally.



Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office and air conditioning. A baby cot is available on request. Guests have access to a shared outdoor area with two gardens: one with a hot tub (closed from October 1 to June 30) and outdoor shower, the other with a relaxation and dining area. The hot tub can be used from May 1 to June 30 between 10:00 and 17:00, and from June 30 to August 31 between 10:00 and 18:30.



Public transport is within walking distance. Free street parking is available. Pets, smoking, and parties are not allowed. Beach or pool towels are provided. Washing machine available for stays over 5 days (detergents not included). High-quality linens and bathrobes are provided free of charge. The property has 2 double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms (4 beds). The single bed is prepared automatically for bookings of 5 guests. Groups of 4 can request the single bed for an extra fee. For guided tours and tastings in the area, feel free to ask for recommendations via the booking platform. Recycling guidelines and devices for saving water and electricity are provided, as well as a fire extinguisher and carbon monoxide detector.

Très agréable location avec bon rapport qualité-prix

Logement parfait d'un point de vue qualité et propreté. Très bon accueil lors de l'arrivée. Les espaces extérieurs sont très agréables à vivre. Qualité du mobilier intérieur et de la literie exceptionnelle (mais non recommandé à des enfants en bas âge) Communication quotidienne avec le propriétaire pour s'assurer que tout se passe bien, et en amont afin de faciliter le déroulé du séjour (visites, plages à proximité, contact local...). Très bien situé pour l'exploration de l'Etna Nord et la découverte de la côte vers Taormine. (Ville et plage à proximité sans grand intérêt) On recommande fortement!
