Construction work (construction of a new apartment building) is currently underway on the neighboring property and is expected to continue through the end of 2026. Unfortunately, there will be occasional disruptions (noise, etc.) during the construction phase. However, we will do everything we can, in consultation with the developer, to keep these disruptions to a minimum.

Welcome to the “Ostseetraumsuite 08”—your charming upper-floor apartment for a relaxing vacation on the Baltic Sea. This cozy vacation rental offers a comfortable temporary home for up to four people and a pleasant atmosphere where you can feel right at home.

A special highlight is the sunny south-facing balcony. Here, you can start your day with breakfast in the fresh air, enjoy the warm sunshine, or wind down the evening in a relaxed manner.

The bright living area, with its cozy seating area, invites you to linger. A 1.40-meter-wide sofa bed provides additional sleeping space for two people. The open-concept kitchen is practically equipped and offers everything you need to prepare your meals—ideal for a shared breakfast or a relaxed dinner.

The separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed ensures restful nights and offers a quiet retreat after a day at the beach or a walk along the Baltic Sea coast.

The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet and rounds out the apartment’s living comfort.

Wi-Fi is, of course, available to you during your stay. Please note that pets and smoking are not permitted in the apartment.

For a convenient arrival, a parking space is available for you in the underground garage.

Facility:

A vacation right by the sea, in a location close to the beach. The spacious vacation apartments in the “Aquamarin” apartment building accommodate 2–5 people and are ideal for couples and small families. Each apartment features a balcony where you can enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air and unwind at the end of the day. An elevator provides convenient access to all floors, while the underground parking garage offers secure parking. Pets are also welcome in select apartments. Enjoy modern comforts, a short walk to the beach, and a relaxing getaway on the Baltic Sea!
