Ferienwohnung Auszeit am See

Our new construction is complete, and a unique holiday rental is ready for you to move in. We would be delighted if you chose to spend your holiday with us, by the “Sea of the Alps”—the beautiful Achensee.
The location of our holiday rental is ideal: just a 10-minute walk to the lake, and very close by are the Atoll Recreation Centre with its swimming beach, the bus stop, the boat dock, boat rentals, tennis courts, and the cross-country ski trail along the lake. The biking and hiking trails start right at the house.
Our new “Auszeit am See” holiday rental features large floor-to-ceiling windows all around. You’ll feel as though you’re sitting outdoors in the greenery or a winter wonderland all year round, and you’ll be captivated by the beautiful Achensee, framed by the Karwendel and Rofan Mountains.



“Auszeit am See” Holiday Rental:

The apartment measures 69 m². The living room features a sleeper sofa for 2 people, a dining area for 4 people, and a high-quality built-in kitchen fully equipped with a Miele electric stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, Villeroy & Boch tableware, silverware, glasses, and top-quality kitchen utensils. Satellite TV and Wi-Fi are available. From the living room, you can step out through the large sliding glass door onto the loggia and balcony. Enjoy the wonderful lake view from there. The landscaped terrace leads directly into the adjacent forest. The bathroom with a shower is beautifully appointed; the toilet is located in a separate room. Plenty of towels are provided. The bedroom features a double bed, a large closet, and a TV. Bedding is provided. The large entryway with a coat closet offers plenty of space. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a view of the pristine forest. Parking and a lockable storage room for sports equipment are available.



On-site costs: Well-behaved pets are welcome. We charge a fee of €18 per day, excluding food. Fresh breakfast pastries can be ordered upon request.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to midnight, and check-out from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
