About this property

This luxury detached villa for max. 5 persons with a magnificent view of the main boulevard is situated close to the main gate of Mazarrón Country Club.

It has a large open plan lounge/diner/kitchen with French doors leading to the patio. There are three good size bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with a double bed, the third bedroom with made-to-measure bed is situated in the tower and can be accessed via an outside staircase (not suitable for small children).
The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.
The property has a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster water kettle and Senseo coffee maker.
There is a private swimming pool (9x4 m) and an outdoor shower. Large tiled South-facing garden with lots of flowers and desert plants where you can enjoy the Spanish sun all day long.
There is a log burner in the living room that makes the villa suitable for long term winter stays.
