Stayed here with my family of 6 adults and two children. It was apparent that the entire house was newly renovated. It was beautifully furnished, beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean and new. Kitchen had adequate supplies. The lake view from the house and decks was beautiful. Lake access is across a small road from house and had a dock and small sitting area. There were lots of games, a beautiful game room and some toys for small children. Home has three levels and lots of open stairs.Mike, the host, was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Location was great! A short walk into the town of Fairhaven with a few shops, restaurants, ice cream and bars. Also, a short drive to Fairhaven State Park which had a beautiful beach.Overall, we really enjoyed the home, the location and our stay here. Would definitely consider renting again.

The property was very clean, updated with modern amenities and furniture, and also was stocked with all the items you would normally need to run to the store for. The house had plenty of room for our family and had enough seating for everyone. The lower level game room was great for the kids to play with when it rained one evening. We appreciated that the items for young children were clean and new. The host was very communicative and accommodating. Although the property is not directly on the water, access to the water was conveniently across the street and the path is easy to use. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place on fair haven bay.
