Great property

Loved our stay. Remodel of original farmhouse very well done with preservation of some features. Felt like we were experiencing some of the Portuguese lifestyle.

A beautiful villa with all the amenities you need for a perfect stay!

Pros: All the little extra's that the host left for us. The amount of space, both inside and outside the villa. The beautiful art work on the walls. The opportunity to relax! Cons: The road noise- particularly from passing lorries tooting during the day; was a bit much. Traffic would have been ok; but the villa is right on a bend; so the noise, when you are by the pool is not relaxing. ( Obviously the hosts cannot change this, and the villa itself is simply beautiful!)

Prachtig gerenoveerd huis in mooie omgeving

Pros: Het huis was met zorg helemaal opgeknapt en van alle gemakken voorzien. Je kon zien dat het met veel liefde was verzorgd en aan alle details gedacht. Wat ook fijn was dat bij aankomst al water, koffie, thee en toilet/ verzorgingsspullen aanwezig waren. Wij hebben genoten van het mooie huis met tuin en zwembad. Voor de kinderen was de pooltafel de absolute favoriet. Ook is de locatie fijn van het huis tussen Porto en Braga, waardoor je beide steden goed kunt bereiken. De host was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Zij reageert direct op Whatsapp. Cons: Wat alleen minder was is de weg naast het huis. Doordat het huis het uitzicht belemmert, toeteren vrachtauto's om zich zichtbaar te maken. Dat gaf helaas best wat geluidsoverlast door de week. In de weekenden is het wel rustig.
