The beach and the beautiful promenade are just a few minutes’ walk away.

This modern and cosy holiday rental in the Baltic Sea resort town of Dahme is located directly behind the dike on the 5th floor (lift accessible) facing west.
From here, you have a wonderful panoramic view of the town, the surrounding forest, and the fields.

The living room features a leather armchair, a sleeper sofa with a spring core and slatted frame (150 x 200), a satellite TV, a DVD player, a stereo system, and a dining table with four chairs.

The bedroom features a double bed with a slatted frame (140 x 200) and a large chest of drawers; a closet is located in the hallway.

The modern kitchen, equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, combination microwave, and ceramic cooktop, features a serving hatch leading to the living area.

The new bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.

The beautiful balcony is furnished with two rattan armchairs and a marble table and features an electric awning.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a swimming pool with a sauna (for a fee), a ping-pong table, a bike storage room, and a washing machine and dryer.

Upon arrival and departure, you can pull up right in front of the house and use a cart to transport your luggage.

Guests have access to a private parking space across the street.
Please note that the swimming pool is still closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and the property management has not yet been able to provide a reopening date.

The following rules apply to bookings for this property:

Free cancellation is possible up to 60 days before arrival.
For cancellations made between 59 and 40 days before arrival, 40% of the nightly rate plus the cancellation fee specified in the Terms and Conditions will be charged. 
For cancellations made 39 to 28 days prior to arrival, 60% of the accommodation price plus the cancellation fee specified in the Terms and Conditions will be charged.
For cancellations made 27 days or more before arrival, 90% of the accommodation price plus the cancellation fee specified in the Terms and Conditions will be charged.
