Wir waren mit neun Erwachsenen für zwei Übernachtungen in der Wohnung. Die Zimmer sind alle sehr geschmackvoll und zweckmäßig eingerichtet und nicht hellhörig. Die Sauberkeit in der gesamten Wohnung war hervorragend. Wir hatten von allem ausreichend zur Verfügung, Handtücher, Duschbad, Toilettenpapier. In der oberen Etage gibt es eine offene Küche mit einen großen Esstisch und gemütlicher Sitzecke. In der Küche gab es tatsächlich mal genügend Geschirr und Besteck, Töpfe, einen großen Kühlschrank, extra Gefriertruhe. Und die Dachterrasse war das i-Tüpfelchen mit tollem Ausblick Richtung Innenstadt und ins Grüne. Wir konnten unsere Autos auf dem Grundstück parken und der schlüssellose Zugang zum Haus ist bei so vielen Personen sehr vorteilhaft. In der Wohnung hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt und Dresden ist sowieso immer eine Reise wert. Wir würden uns bei einem erneuten Aufenthalt wieder für diese Wohnung entscheiden.

Wir haben und in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist groß, hell und sauber. Die Raumaufteilung ist ideal für größere Gruppen. Ein Highlight ist die große Dachterrasse, welche wir aufgrund des tollen Wetters gern genutzt haben. Der öffentliche Nahverkehr ist direkt vor der Tür, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe. Der check in und die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern waren unkompliziert. Die Unterkunft ist eine klare Empfehlung, wir hatten alle eine tolle Zeit.

Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, hell, sauber und hat 5 geschmackvoll eingerichtete Schlafzimmer. Das große Ess- und Wohnzimmer oben ist ideal für Familien mit Küche, großem Esstisch und Balkon. Die Altstadt kann mit Bus/Straßenbahn gut in etwa einer halben Stunde erreicht werden. Parkplätze sind auf und vor dem Grundstück genügend vorhanden.

unterwegs mit Freunden

Die Wohnung ist fantastisch. Es war herrlich die Zeit auf der wunderschönen Dachterrasse gemeinsam zu genießen. So etwas bekommt man im Hotel nicht.

Einfach toll

Es war eine sehr gepflegte Unterkunft und einfach alles war perfekt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wären am liebsten noch länger geblieben. Vielen lieben Dank für diese wirklich tolle Wohnung. Auch die Kontaktaufnahme für Absprachen waren unkompliziert und zu jeder Zeit sehr freundlich. Alle Daumen hoch und immer wieder gern. Danke für alles!
