VERY SPACIOUS APARTMENT, PRIVATE URBANIZATION, SPECTACULAR VIEW
Villa Sol de La Molina.
Surrounded by beautiful gardens with fruit trees, the villa is divided into two large independent apartments, each with its own separate entrance. Currently available for rent is the upper apartment which has a separate entrance. The apartment has an area of 170 m2 with terrace and beautiful sea and mountain views. The property has a large living-dining room, two spacious bedrooms (one with 2 single beds and one with 3 single beds), two bathrooms with shower and a spacious kitchen. Although the kitchen is old it is well equipped (oven, dishwasher, microwave...) Adjacent there is a pantry and a laundry room. All the rooms have air conditioning. For this property it is essential to have a car. You can park for free a few meters from the property.
The property is located in the urbanization 'Monte de los Almendros', one of the most exclusive urbanizations on the Costa Tropical.
It has a recreational area with two communal swimming pools (one of them for children), a tennis court, a soccer field for the exclusive use of the owners and their guests. In addition, this urbanization has a security guard that circulates several times during the night and day.
The nearest town is Salobrena which is a 10 minute drive away. A beautiful white Andalusian village with a Moorish castle. Salobrena has all kinds of services: supermarkets, very good restaurants, a wide beach where you can do various water sports and parks. It also has doctors and pharmacies.
Other towns 20 minutes away are Motril, Torrenueva and Almuñecar.
This incredible location allows us to enjoy the tranquility of the countryside but at the same time be close to the beach (15 min drive) or the ski slopes of Sierra Nevada just 1 hour and 20 minutes if you come in season. Granada is 45 minutes away if you want to visit the Alhambra. Malaga airport is 60 minutes away.
