Welcome to the Kaiserbacher Mühle estate!

Ideal for 6–8 people. Enjoy a holiday with Grandma, Grandpa, and the grandkids, or go on adventures with friends. With 4 bedrooms, 8 beds, and 2 bathrooms spread across 180 square metres, there’s plenty of space for a relaxing holiday with your loved ones.
An ideal starting point for hiking, biking, and climbing trips in the Palatinate Forest Nature Park, to prestigious wineries, historic castles, and delicious specialities of the Southern Palatinate and Alsace.
Enjoy dinner together at sunset on the covered terrace with a large table for 8 people or indoors in the lovingly restored historic setting.

Ideal for families:
While the adults enjoy the peace and quiet and the sound of the stream, the little ones can visit our goats and rabbits, play at the stream and forest playground on our 2.7-hectare property, and let off some steam.
It’s best suited for children ages 4 and up.

Ideal for friends:
The spacious layout of the house provides room for everyone. Enjoy meals together at the large tables indoors and outdoors, or simply relax in the bright, light-filled rooms.

Even on hot summer days, the location in the stream valley ensures it stays pleasantly cool in the evenings. The thick historic walls keep the entire house at a comfortable temperature in the summer. The location between vineyards and forest is ideal. Some find sun and warmth in the vineyard hills to the east, while others find coolness and shade in the forest to the west.
You can set out on plenty of tours right from the estate—on foot or by bike, without having to use a car.

Two charging stations for electric cars and self-generated electricity make it possible to take extended tours every day without worrying about running out of charge. Overnight, two cars will be fully charged and ready to go for your next outing.

Die Wohnräume sind gut eingerichtet. Das Wohnzimmer sehr gemütlich und läd zum Entspannen ein. Eine Bibliothek mit ausreichend Lesestoff ist vorhanden. Es gibt zwei Kühlschränke mit Gefrierfächern. Die Küche war vollständig für viele Personen eingerichtet. Spülmaschine . Der Küchenherd war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber nach Erklärungen durch den Vermieter gut zu bedienen. Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind dort und hatten ausreichend Platz. Alles war sehr sauber. Etwas nachteilig ist, daß man nur zum Be- und Entladen vor dem Haus mit dem Auto halten kann. In dem Anwesen leben ca. 9 Familie, dadurch ist das Parken beengt. Der eigentliche Parkplatz ist etwas weiter vom Haus entfernt und ist unbeaufsichtigt. Das ist, besonders nachts, ein Nachteil. Hinter den Haus sind zwei Liegen und ein Tisch für etwa 6 Personen. Terrasse ist sauber. Hinter der Terrasse befindet sich eine Wiese. Trotz der Nähe zu einer Straße ist es ruhig. Wanderungen können vom Haus aus durchgeführt werden. Im Stall sind einige Kaninchen und Hasen, sowie zwei Ziegen. Wunderbar für Kinder. Ein Spielplatz ist direkt vor dem Haus. Fazit: Wir verlebten eine angenehme Zeit in dieser guten Unterkunft und werden sie unseren Freunden weiterempfehlen.

Die Ferienwohnung im Gutshof Kaiserbacher Mühle ist Stilvoll eingerichtet und bietet die Möglichkeit richtig zur Ruhe zu kommen. Wir waren zu Weihnachten dort. Und ein herrlich geschmückter Tisch fiel direkt ins Auge und lud uns zu einem gemütlichen Beisammensein mit der Familie ein. Der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber verlief ohne Probleme da dieser direkt auf dem Hof anzutreffen war. Jeden der eine moderne Unterkunft zum Entspannen und Abschalten sucht kann ich diese Ferienwohnung wärmstens empfehlen.

Wir waren mit der Großfamilie im Alten Gutshof zu Gast und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Ambiente ist wirklich traumhaft im Grünen mit unendlich vielen Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten für die Kinder am Bach und im Stall. Der Vermieter freundlich und hilfsbereit, aber nie aufdringlich. Lediglich die Treppen und Stufen im Haus waren für die Kinder herausfordernd. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen.

Radlferien in der Pfalz

Wohnung war ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Radltouren in der Südpfalz. Großzügiges Platzangebot mit schönem Sitzplatz im Grünen. Passend für 2 Familien. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt,
