Welcome to our stylish garden apartment in the heart of the Passeier Valley. Newly built in 2023, the apartment offers 50 m² of modern comfort and a welcoming atmosphere. It features a separate bedroom, a comfortable bathroom and a stylish, open-plan living and dining area. The large sofa bed provides extra sleeping space, making the apartment ideal for two to four guests.



A particular highlight is the 25 m² private garden. Enjoy a peaceful breakfast, soak up the South Tyrolean sunshine or unwind amid the greenery after a day of adventure. Set right in an inviting hiking area, the apartment is an ideal base for excursions and exploring nature in the Passeier Valley. The spa town of Merano is just 9 km away and easy to reach.



Free underground and carport parking spaces are available on site. The underground garage also has two electric car charging stations. Bicycles and e-bikes can be stored securely in the dedicated e-bike room.



Pets are welcome on request. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. Modern design, a private garden and a special setting between Merano and the South Tyrolean mountains make this apartment an ideal retreat for couples, families and friends.

High-class holiday apartment with a very nice landlord!!

Pros: The furnishings were high quality, especially the beds and chairs. And the view of Mount Hirzer was excellent. Cons: A filter coffee machine would be nice instead of the capsule machine. (Bialetti). Because it is difficult to buy replacement capsules. The owner of the house kindly provided us with supplies!!

Perfekte Unterkunft, toller Gastgeber, gerne wieder!

Pros: Ein fantastischer Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben - gemütlich, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage war perfekt für unsere Bedürfnisse (Wanderungen & Fahrradtouren)und der Gastgeber Phillip war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!
