Your comfort, privacy, and safety are our top priorities; the home is deeply cleaned and thoroughly sanitized between every guest stay. We are always seeking to improve the interior decor and may rearrange and/or upgrade/remove furniture items.

Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Garbage disposal is located next to the mailboxes and opposite the entrance gate at 7401. Orange double doors. Please discard all garbage upon departing.
Building painting is taking place at the residence 9am-6pm. Your privacy upheld
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
