Six months plus security deposit shall be paid at the begining of the lease.
If that is not possible, we can divide the payments in two as follows.
Three months and security deposit at the beginning of the lease and the remaining will be all due at the end of the second month of lease.

If you have a pet, there will be a separate security deposit .
The association asks for a mandatory security deposit of $1.000 that will be returned when the contract is finalized and if all goes well with the rental.
There is also one month security deposit that the landlord will hold and from which the energy bill will be discounted at the end of the lease.
Water and high speed internet are included as well as cable TV.
