We arrived to major construction which we were not aware was going on. We communicated with the property management team several times, they were of no help and frankly were not concerned. The last two weeks of our 26 day stay we could not even stay inside or outside of the condo because of jackhammers and grinding. We live very Kona Reef and have stayed here several times, however we will not be returning to this particular condo.

Great location.

Great location, lots of shops and restaurant around. Could use a little dusting, the headboard, and the curtain was so dusty.

Hi, Judy, thank you for your review, we appreciate you taking the time to provide us with your valuable feedback. We are disappointed to hear that we dropped the ball this time, as this is not the high standard of guest satisfaction and cleanliness that we hold ourselves to. We have provided your valuable feedback to our local manager to address with our housekeeping team. We hope to have the opportunity to better impress you in the future!

Very nice location

Older property but super location and well maintained. Great access to nearby beach and terrific views. Helpful in summer to be on the first floor in Hawaii in units without AC. Great place to stay.

Great location

The property was as described and meet my expectations. The waterfront location was very nice, I enjoyed watching and listening to the ocean during my entire stay. I would stay here again. The combination for the lock provided was for the actual doorknob lock assembly.
